Synopsis

Enter a world of perpetual conflict in Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning, the new MMORPG from the creators of Dark Age of Camelot. Arms and magic come together in a rich setting where ancient foes vie for power. Will you fight for the Armies of Order as an obstinate Dwarf, noble High Elf or loyal human soldier of the Empire? Or will you ally with the sinister Armies of Destruction as a savage Greenskin (Orc or Goblin), corrupt Dark Elf or marauding human worshipper of Chaos? Pick a side and do whatever you must to invade the enemy's homeland and sack the capital city.

For the first time, the Realm vs. Realm (RvR) system integrates both Player vs. Player (PvP) combat and Player vs. Environment (PvE) quests on the same map. Embark on Public, Conflict, Branching and Xmas PvE quest types, and engage in PvP skirmishes, campaigns, battlefields and scenarios. Use customizable armor and a visual guild system to create a truly one-of-a-kind character. Rely on Player Tactics and Morale Skills to survive in battle. Watch physical characteristics change as characters become stronger, such as Orcs growing in size and Dwarves' beards getting longer. Can you live long enough to complete the Tome of Knowledge and unlock Warhammer lore, detailed monster information and major story plotlines?

RvR combat takes place on three main combat fronts: Dwarves vs. Greenskins, High Elf vs. Dark Elf and Empire vs. Chaos
Fight on behalf of one of six armies: the Armies of Order (Dwarf, High Elf and Empire) and the Armies of Destruction (Greenskin, Dark Elf and Chaos)
Engage in four levels of PvP combat: skirmishes (incidental PvP combat), battlefields (objective-based battles), scenarios (point-based battles balanced with NPC Dogs of War) and campaigns (assault on the enemy's capital city)
PvE quest types include Public quests that involve the entire army, Conflict quests that pit you against an enemy with opposing goals, Branching quests that let you choose outcomes and rewards, and Xmas quests that reward exploration with high-value loot
Survive by relying on Player Tactics (earned powers you equip prior to battle) and Morale Skills (combat options that increase in power when the momentum of battle is in your favor)
Explore the immersive world by journeying to other fronts and helping allies
Learn how even seemingly minor or individual tasks contribute directly to the greater war
Enter the City Siege mode and sack the enemy army's capital city
Complete the Tome of Knowledge and unlock Warhammer lore, detailed monster information and major story plotlines as the adventure progresses
