It was easy to set up, but i thought the stand was a bit wobbly and weak looking. Then I noticed a flicker on the screen. I thought it might be due to the streaming device but then started seeing it on DVDs also. The flicker got worse. I ended up bringing it back about a week after i bought it. I got an Insignia TV instead and it is a much more solid model and has a great picture.

Great picture & easy setup

So we headed back to the store and picked up the Westinghouse LCD instead. It was super-easy to set up and the picture is great!
It is wroth mentioning there aren't many feature to this television, so if you want something super advanced this probably isn't the TV for you. If you just want something that's easy to set up and has a great picture and an awesome price, then this is it!

nice affordable TV

Additionally there is an abundance of ports for connectivity with 3 HDMI, component/RCA jacks, stereo outputs & USB port for inserting a flash drive. I've connected it with a PC desktop computer. It works great.

Great TV for a low price

Posted by: pghburnone from Rocky River OH on 05/05/2013I've had this TV a little over a year. If you utilize the settings fully, and properly, the picture will be great and the sound pretty good. I have it hooked up through my surround sound system so I don't really care about the sound. But on the few occasions where I have just used the TV's audio setup, it's acceptable. I've had friends that have expensive, 120hz, "hi-end", TV's that admit my picture is better. Theirs is just as good after I go to their house and correct the settings. Why pay hundreds of dollars more? As with any TV, just set it up correctly.
As a tip, set up any TV watching your favorite sporting event or live show. Pause your DVR and setup the brightness, contrast, color and tint while paused. You know what it should look like. Too hard to do it when it's moving.
