Ok so this T.V is actually pretty good, but.....The control is very terrible.At first when I purchased this the control would work if I was not pointing at the sensor thing exactly but now I literaly have to put the control on the sensor witch I find annoying. And the touch sensors on the back are very unresponsive.So now i'm thinking about getting a better one like Samsung. This T.V is good though it's the control that's the issue. Nice picture quality to.- Internet Connectable? : Don't Know

Good TV for the price. The picture quality is great. The sound quality could be improved, but as with most LED TV's the speakers aren't great. Love the sleekness and modern look of the TV.- Internet Connectable? : No

I use my tv for gaming and movies, so this tv is just perfect, I didn't need alot of bells and whistles. I am very happy so far, but the tv isn't that old so we'll see.- Internet Connectable? : No

Not working after 3 MONTHS!1

While watching our television, it suddenly just quit working. It won't power on at all. At first it seemed like it would be a quick repair and smooth warranty process, but it has now dragged on for over a month. Westinghouse outsources the repair through ATI and I had to call and leave numerous messages before they called me back. Then they had a long process time. After never hearing back from ATI, I called again and they said Westinghouse should have replaced it and referred me back to Westinghouse. Now I am on "waiting list" for a compatible model and it will take up to a month before I hear anything on that. I have never had such horrible warranty service. Their lack of follow-up and length of time before repair or replacement is inexcusable.- Internet Connectable? : Yes

This television set definitely violates the conventional wisdom of "getting what you paid for" by delivering an incredible picture, great sound, and solid connectivity for an amazing price. I have several LED sets in my home and sincerely wish I had taken the plunge with this brand before now.
If I had to find anything less than perfect, it is the number of HDMI connections. If you have a lot of devices to connect, you may be looking to get an HDMI switch of some sort.- Internet Connectable? : No

PLEASE go to internet to research Westinghouse TVs before buying. I bought THIS model in July last year. The TV started malfunctioning in March, and Westinghouse said they'd have ITI fix it. Nobody from ITI would call, so I called every few days. They told me the part was on order for two weeks, then the third week they told me that Westinghouse had cancelled the work order. I called Westinghouse and they claim that ITI cancelled it, but both companies say they can't help me now. They could replace the TV in kind, but I'd be on an infinite back order list. Go read the endless list of very similar stories about Westinghouse TVs. Some died the first month, and everyone's out the money. Some people were even asked to ship the TVs back (at their expense - over $100), and never got one back. The price is attractive, but you will not get your money's worth- Internet Connectable? : Don't Know

This tv was actually my 3rd pick, but it should have been my first!! Thin and modern looking. GREAT picture, period! Also what i found to be really surprizing is the sound, no need for a sound bar. Which will save you even more money!! This tv also has a low sticker price, got to love it!- Internet Connectable? : Yes

The tv is great. The picture is beautiful but the sound is a buy thin. I knew that ahead of time because anytime you have a thin model, the sound is smaller because the speakers are smaller. But...pick up a soundbar for $100 and it's superb!- Internet Connectable? : No

Crummy TV at a cheap price1

When I bought it, this tv had great reviews for all of its features. I thought I was making a smart buy even though it was a lower end brand. I did not take it out of the box for several months because of remodeling. So now it is out of warranty and worked for less than three months before it broke. The tv was working fine when I turned it off and now it will not turn on. I checked online to see if anyone else has had this problem and the internet is filled with complaints. It is a circuit board that goes out and costs more to repair than the tv is worth. Plus, I know from experience that Westinghouse customer service is terrible. Don't waste your money on this tv. Spend a few bucks more and get a better brand with a reputation for quality.- Internet Connectable? : No

Nice TV but unreliable2

I got this TV last May. The TV panel went bad in September and it got replaced under warranty with the same model. That one has now gone bad as of about a week ago the power board has died and we wait on parts as we sit.
It's a great picture and works well when it works. The sound is very subpar, we've never gone above maybe five or six clicks up on the volume from silence. I love the size and the price, but it's also unreliable and seems to have lots of problems with the panel and the boards inside of it according to our technician who came out. Probably the last Westinghouse product I'll own.- Internet Connectable? : No

The picture is phenominal, but the sound sucks! This model does not support audio return through hdmi, but by plugging in a digital audio cable between this tv and your a/v receiver, you will get the sound you need. Overall this is a great product for the money. I ended up buying it because it was the largest model that would still fit into my car.- Internet Connectable? : No

Capable LED for gamers on a budget - Gaming Mode4

46" LED - Full HD 1080P - 2 HDMI inputs - 120HZ - VGA PC Input
The picture quality looks great, and has several pre programmed modes (including gaming mode) that made this TV a great entry into the LED market.
The HD channels looks great on it, my XBOX looks unbelievable on it and I'm using it as a computer monitor via the VGA cable.
The sound is what you would expect.... poor. That's why we buy sound-bars, folks. it's tough to fit decent speakers into a TV as thin as a pack of cigarettes.
There are no real features on the TV, and that's fine with me. It looks great, and that is what I wanted most :) You won't find a better looking one for less.
Best $600 TV on the market, use the extra savings to get an HDMI splitter online, this box only has 2 HDMI inputs...but a splitter solves that issue. The one I bought for $11.00 works like a dream.- Internet Connectable? : No

this tv only looks good if the channel is in hd, anything that is not hd will look really bad with this tv. end up taking it back and getting plasma which looks why better then this. and you can not connect a wii to this tv with out getting a differnet plug- Internet Connectable? : No

Two Months and it Blew Up1

I bought this TV for my Dad January 6th. He loves college basketball. It's March madness right now. I get a call last night that the TV stopped working. Best Buy does not do in home repair on Westinghouse TV's. My Mom called Westinghouse which was a total waste of time.
My parents are older and are unable to drive. In order to get this item repaired I will have to drive four and a half hours to their house. Take the TV to Best Buy. Drive four and one half hours back. Wait three to four weeks and hope for the best.
March Madness which my Dad lives for will be long gone.- Internet Connectable? : Don't Know

Great picture, great price5

I bought this as an open box buy at a substantial discount, knowing I would not be able to return it.
After tuning the picture over the course of a couple days, I am extremely happy with the picture. The blacks are solid and the colors are rich. I was worried at first with the lack of fine adjustments, but I was able to dial in the picture very well.
The sound is not great at all but I have some external speakers and a sub woofer connected to it.
There are some good features on this TV but not as many as the much higher price TV's, such as limited HDMI inputs.
Overall for the price, you are getting a rich LED, low energy TV for a fraction of the high priced brands with out sacrificing quality.- Internet Connectable? : No

I upgraded from my 40" old school Wide screen TV to this. Its bigger and brighter. The sales person helped me figure out what I wanted, and which technology would work best in my living room, i.e. LCD, PLASMA, LED.
For the money, this product fit best. The only downside is the sound. It was like listening to my old transistor radio, but I purchased a sound bar and problem solved.
