I was excited to get this scale - loved the look and more importantly was excited to track everything on my iPhone with the WiFi sync. When I first set the scale up didn't notice anything because I hadn't weighted myself in over a week. Now keep in mind I have the 30 dollar WeightWatchers scale you can buy at Costco. I put my Withings scale in another room at the time and just hadn't thrown out the WW scale yet. One morning I got on the WW and noticed I had gained 2.5 lbs in a day. Thought something might be wrong so I went on the Withings. Sure enough it was 2.5 lbs lighter. So now you are saying how do I know it's the withings that's the problem? Well I did a weight test with them side by side. With a 10 lb weigh on both the WW was 9.9 and the withings was 9.4. With 20 lbs the WW was 19.9 the Withings was 19.2. With 50 lbs the WW was 49.8 and the withings was 49.0. Obviously you see the trend. My wife then got on both. She was 124.0 on the WW and was 122.5 on Withings. I got on and was 215.2 on WW and 212.7 on Withings. The more you weight the more it was off. So I decided to go buy another one and see if it had the same problem and sure enough it did! Now I can't speak for the BMI or Fat % because the WW doesn't do that but in reading forums thats even more in accurate. I'd love to hear what the others have to say who gave it 5 stars if they try the same test
$160.00 to be 2 or more LBs off vs a $30 accurate WW scale wasn't worth it to me. I'll live with no WiFi and just know my accurate weight3 out of 4 found this review helpful.

I bought this for the family as a Christmas present. Christmas day Withings had major issues with their web server and the set-up was very tedious and we actually gave up that day. Withings actually acknowledged the problems and when we went back the next day, we had no problem. Since the initial set-up issues though the scale has worked flawlessly. The web & app sync is very helpful and makes tracking weight and body mass very easy. My only wish is that their was even one great app out their that synced the scale, exercise and meals better than what I am finding.1 out of 1 found this review helpful.

Got the scale related to my husband who is 380 lbs and needs to weight himself daily for health reasons and myself to monitor my weight loss. Had to be easy to read and the wireless is a nice feature. The only problem is if your wireless go's down you loose the reading. You also have to be able to hold still for at least 30-40 seconds to read. My husbands balance is not great related to illness. Over all a good buy and value.- Age : 45-54

While I found this scale to be well designed and easy to use (including the set up), I found it terribly inaccurate. I expected the scale to show a different weight than what is recorded at the doctors office...no big deal. What I didn't expect was that the scale would try and tell me that I lost 4 pounds in 4 days. It was this inaccuracy that lead me to return the scale and simply get a regular scale that I can manually record my weight and activity into an app.
The scale is very easy to add additional users/accounts as well as pair the scale with my WiFi. This along with the sleek design earned it 4 stars. However, form is one thing but lack of function drops the rating down to 2 stars.
Sorry Withings fans, I disagree with you great ratings.1 out of 1 found this review helpful.

It is awesome to use this scale. It captures your Body fat and BMI and weight. It knows it is you so it keeps analysis data and graphs within its website. This way you can visibly see your progress. You can share you weight loss with facebook or other apps like myfitnesspal. It automatically sends by email your info to your doctor in case you were medically keeping track. It is worth the money and investment when you are serious about a lifestyle change.- Age : 35-44

I was very happy with the easy set up of the scale. Within a few minutes of unpacking, the scale was ready to go. I've had the scale for about two months and so far I haven't had any issues with it. I have myself and my wife set up as users so we can both get our readings. We both have the app on our iPhones and its great to track our progress. I am very happy with this purchase and I would highly recommend this scale.4 out of 4 found this review helpful.

The great part is ease of use. You can automatically send your weight loss pounds to diet programs. It also has two tools built in. Lean mass and fat mass readings.
The downside is the confidence in fat mass. It makes you think you're getting fatter. My fat mass has been climbing more than lean mass even though I'm on a diet1 out of 1 found this review helpful.
