This screen protector is overrated.

Posted by: bb894838 from Metuchen, NJ on 05/14/2013This is my 2nd Zagg product, this one went on my wife's Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0, the first time I tried a Zagg screen protector was on my cell phone, and I ended up taking it off and putting on something else that was WAY CHEAPER and worked like a charm.
I have tried the "peel-n-stick" protectors you can buy elsewhere for much cheaper and they are CRYSTAL CLEAR. This Zagg protector has light "wrinkles" built into the material, I don't know how or why but that is just how it is. Also, having to use a wet solution is not really the best way of applying protectors to your digital devices, the peel-n-sticks use no water/solution at all and you get much clearer results. Also, the surface is sort of tacky so sliding your finger/stylus around the screen can be a task of epic proportions.

Definitely Protects the Screen

Posted by: PamelaZ from Gibsonia, PA on 05/10/2013I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Tablet for my son, who's in college and who had an accident last July in which 2 of his fingers were amputated. He wanted something a little easier for note taking, etc. I digress. I went to apply the screen saver but mucked it all up. I had dog hair, finger prints (even though it comes with spray to clean your fingers) and tobacco all over it. My son was quite upset with me. My husband came to the rescue and "cleaned" the screen saver then applied it. It looks great. Pretty darn good after my not being patient and doing it on a semi-clean/dirty surface. My advise, make sure you are in a patient mood, clean your hands thoroughly with the included spray, and make sure the surface you're using is very clean, then follow the directions and you'll be right as rain.
