Customers regard the espresso machine's espresso quality and ease of use very favorably, with many praising its ability to produce delicious coffee quickly and easily. The machine's affordability is also a significant plus for many buyers. However, some users find the water tank to be on the small side and inconvenient to refill.

Overall, I am very pleased with this this Espresso maker. It is certainly not a top of the line model but on average does the job very well for making espresso, americano's, cappuccinos, and lattes. My only reservation about this unit is it's frothing ability for milk. I find it quite challenging to get steamed milk that has very tiny froth bubbles, And thus it's hard to get the Super smooth, silky milk froth. I've had this machine since spring of 2020, and it is still producing high quality espresso and quite decent lattes and cappuccinos. I don't think you can go wrong at this price point. Pro’s: • Fast espresso: some reviewers are dinging this for having to wait 15 minutes. You don't have to. The water is hot relatively quickly and you can just press a water shot to heat up the handle and metal components that touched the coffee. • Fast steam: the steaming unit heats up quickly • The water reservoir holds enough for many shots of coffee before having to be refilled, and is easy to refill without removing it entirely. Just slide it out partway and use a pitcher/water bottle to fill it. • Stainless steel components, particularly along the pathway where coffee contacts the materials the unit is made of. People complaining about the amount of plastic on this unit need to pony up more money for an espresso maker that's all stainless steel. This is a good balance of form and function, and thus value. • The cup support base is easily removeable so you can press shots into larger cups. It also make it easier to clean. • The cup warming plate at the top is a nice touch, along with the rails. Great place to put parts to dry after rinsing them post-shot. • The frother parts easily disassemble for cleaning. Nice plus here. Cons: • Plastic parts: the surface color layer is already wearing through on the most used/washed parts. Using plastic that’s solid color through and through would fix this easily enough. • Tamper is useless. I use a stainless steel one. Easy to apply downward pressure.

Positives: 1. Great price point 2. Milk frother works well... takes awhile but eventually gives a good froth 3. Speed of delivery of espresso is good 4. heating top is a nice feature 5. Steam comes out pretty good 6. pretty easy cleanup Negatives 1. It is really small and as such leads to usage issues. 2. With the non-removable tamper... I have burned my hand where the espresso attachment attaches, almost every time i use it. 3. the frother arm is really short you end up with a ton of froth on the top of it, which is a pain to clean 4. It doesn't stop pushing water out of the espresso delivery system (yeah im not all up in the correct terms) but either way it just keeps going till you turn it off manually 5. the whole machine flexes when you attach the espresso dispenser, and as such i'm worried about breaking it. 6. you cannot do steam and espresso at the same time... it is one or the other... hence the need for the heater on top to warm the cups prior. 7. the height will only take really short shot glasses for the espresso as such 8. the 15 min warmup is not bad as it will push a shot through rather quickly 9. the scoop even at level for the double espresso puts too much in, and there is no way to generate a single shot coming out of one hole... no matter which way you look at it, you need to use a wide cup or two shot glasses to capture it, then judge what is exactly 1/2 a shot for the two sides (assuming you use single shot adapter). 10. steam lever is flimsy and i never remember which direction to turn... they should put an arrow on it.. Mine happened to be delivered in a cracked state. There was no damage to the shipping box nor was there damage to the internal box which means that it was packaged that way. They need to have better quality control.

It make great espresso, it is quiet and st the same time quick. The only thing for me is the size, it slightly bigger than any other espresso maker and the water container is kind of difficult to use, but overall its great espresso machine with nice stainless steel finish and its with the money.
