My daughters (12 and 11) really enjoy this game, both for the exercise (during lousy weather) and the increased confidence in movement relevant towards physical fitness in general and personal defense in particular. While this product does not replace actual defense training, it does erode some of those barriers towards defense postures and movements and increase kinesthetic knowledge.
