Purchased re-furbished lap top online. Hard drive crashed one month after receiving and have blue screen. Had to deal with aftermarket refurbishing company to send parts to make it work. Parts shipped ground so waiting for parts to see if it will work. Thought I purchased Geek Squad protection but was told that was on the mouse I purchased and they couldn't help. Pretty misleading shopping cart add-on with no description, but suggested I purchase with computer.

I received this computer a week before it was expected which was nice but, I was hesitant to open it up as it it doesn't have an HDMI port which is why i am not giving it 5 stars. luckily it has a displayport and i found an HDMI adapter to use with it so that is good. It has a few gashes next to the vents but other then that i see no damage. good buy
