This really is the definitive version of Yoshi's Wooly World from the Wii U. The graphics are downgraded but the gameplay is solid and it's great to have it on the go. Absolutely worth it if you are a fan of 2D platformers. It's fairly easy if you're just working to get to the end of each level but it can be a real challenge to collect everything from each level.

This, obviously, doesn't look quite as nice as the Wii U version, but it still holds up quite well and you can play it on the go! It plays just as well and has some extra content via Poochy-only levels (these are quick Mario Run-type levels). It also has 30 video shorts that star Poochy and Yoshi amiibo in cute stop-motion. The game times these unlocking, so you get one per day. I bought this game despite already having the Wii U version because it is a GREAT 2D platformer with tight controls and tons of secrets. There isn't a ton of challenge if you just breeze through it, but it you want to collect everything, the game can get pretty difficult and challenging if that is what you want. Can't recommend this game enough! BUY IT!!!

I seem to have lost my access to the 3DS thanks to this game. She's always been a fan of Yoshi and since starting this game up she's been non-stop playing through the levels. With a tiny bit of help from FAQ's she's loving her time with this one and couldn't be happier with how much she loves it! Maybe I'll get some 3DS time in when she finishes it...

Customers express satisfaction with the fun and engaging gameplay, ease of use, and the overall entertainment value of Poochy & Yoshi's Woolly World. Many cite the game's enjoyable levels and significant replayability as key strengths. While some found the game to be less challenging, the positive feedback on the game's accessibility and charming aesthetic outweighs this concern. The game is also praised for being a great option for Nintendo 3DS owners.
