Bought a new Samsung 49 inch flat screen TV. Sound system left much to be desired . Some of the evaluations of this model had recommended buying a sound bar and speaker system to go with it. They were right. My purchase of this Samsung system was the right thing to do. It was easy to set up, worked on the first try, and the sound quality and volume were a major improvement .

Sounds way better than the JBL sound bar that was almost double the price. Love that is has the ARC output. Definitely not a true 5.1 surround sound feel (Haven't bought the rear speakers yet) but sounds like a good pair of front speakers with decent bass. It's VERY good for the price.
