I purchased this laptop for my teenage son. The only complaint we had about it was that UPS delivered it to the house next door so we had to go hunting it down. It runs perfectly and my son plans to put it to good use both for his school work and for entertainment purposes. Another downfall for this laptop is that it does not come with Word installed.

For an older machine, it's been an absolute workhorse. I maxed out the RAM at 16Mb and it's been a great machine. It can still play even the most recent WoW game even though the FPS really suffers. Not a bad machine!

I am disappointed that the laptop was delivered with no paperwork. Also, the latch on the computer does not work so it will not close securely. Cant imagine how this would not have been noticed during the refurbish process.
