The Elite line of HP laptops are known for their robustness. Overall, good value for cost. Battery was not the best and we also required a 64 bit system. The aforementioned were the reasons we eventually returned.

The units are not as stated in the description. They only have 4gb of memory, and the batteries included all need replaced (I purchased 3 units). Further, the update to Windows 10 keeps getting interupted. Not the typical functioning I get from refurbished units.
