One of the best records ever in my opinion Posted by: from: Hermitage, PA on Prior to purchasing this I already had the original version in my collection that I bought back in 1995. This one of my favorite records of all time and captures the essence of grunge music in Seattle in the 90's. I would've bought this record just for the Live at the Moore CD and DVD alone but the previously unreleased music is great especially the new single Locamotive. I think my favorite track is the remake of John Lennon's I don't wanna be a Soldier.

One Of The Best CDs from the 1990s Posted by: from: Gilbert, AZ on Mad Season is definitely a super group. Made up of Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam and Screaming Trees. Layne Staley had one of the best vocals in rock. Gone way too soon. This CD has very haunting lyrics about addictions. Mike McCready(Pearl Jam/guitar) thought it would be a good idea for Layne Staley to be around sober people/musicians so he formed this group. It also features Barrett Martin on drums and John Baker Saunders on bass and bonus vocals by Mark Lanegan. The black and white cover was done by Layne Staley and is of himself and his then girlfriend. This is a must in your collection.

Great album - good extras Posted by: from: Montana on Love this album, and getting the original album along with a dvd and live tracks is great. Considering this was the bands only album, it was nice for fans to have some extra material to enjoy.

Still a great album Posted by: from: Mansfield, TX on I'm usually not a big fan of remasters but in this case it was great. The addition of the unfinished tracks along with the liner notes is a great tribute to a someone who was lost before his time.

Great Remaster Posted by: from: NC on Being a long time Mad Season fan I was really excited for this release. Seeing actual concert footage of them was great because sadly I never got to make it to a show and Seattle no less!
