Don't waste your time or money Posted by: from: on Worked great - for one week. Spent HOURS on hold and talking with technicians (2 different people). Pushed new firmware twice, rebooted multiple times, and finally determined it was a bad unit. Went through the return process - again multiple steps and calls. I was told I would have to pay return shipping for their defective product. So frustrated with process, just returned it to Best Buy (great customer service - thank you) and bought a different brand of router. Save yourself time and frustration and pass on this router.

Horrible Product Posted by: from: on Ads made this out to be a spectacular product, wrong. Support from the manufacturer is horrible. As another review states, needs several restarts. Poor connectivity with wireless. For $200 this router doesn't even support port triggering. Company states that's not something their products will feature even though other cheaper routers support this basic networking component. Touchscreen is sluggish and performs poorly. If you leave the clock on, it eventually freezes and the whole unit has to be power cycled. Pass this one up, false advertising and nothing more than a gimmick.

Piece of garbage Posted by: from: on This is my second one and it's just as bad as the first one but for different reasons The first one failed because of a software problem. After nearly an hour I got tech support and they identified the problem and asked me to return it. This second one constantly has to be reset both wireless and straight through LAN. I get a whopping LAN slowdown then I disconnect the router and plug straight into the computer and it works perfectly without the router so I'm sure it's not the modem. I reset the router and less than 5 minutes later the slowdown happens again. It takes longer to come up than any router I've ever used and so the constant slowdowns are even worse. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy and I might be over the time I can return it. I'm going to find out though..

This is the best router I have owned. Posted by: from: on This is a great router. I went from a Linksy 300 to a different Linksy that I had to reboot every other night. I bought the Amped 750 touchscreen and loved it. Then decided to get the 1750 and take my 750 to my summer house. Powerful and easy to set it up. It took me 2 minutes to set up and it covered my huge apartment with all 4 bars! And with the touch screen, I can see exactly what is going on during the very brief setup. I would never get another router.

Screen interface is helpful speed is good Posted by: from: on What led me to this router was the screen, it's a great way for the kids to check status where they don't have full access to all router management Speed is good but I've had problems with connectivity to it from my Amazon Fire stick and my windows 10 pc when using usb wifi adapters Stylus broke getting it out of the box - Cheap materials Overall happy with it Glad to get away from linksys box and the user unfriendly interface app for the iPhone

Would not recommend... Posted by: from: on Was optimistic with this wireless router, turned out to be a huge disappointment. Signal not as robust as it claims -- and very spotty (in/out) -- and touch screen software malfunctioned the first week. Tech support willing to help, but didn't have a chance to call them back since they were only available 8-5 PM. Eventually decided to take it back and replace with a NetGear product. Huge improvement and for about the same price. I unfortunately would not recommend this product.

Worst router you could buy Posted by: from: on This router was a bad idea from the begging. After installing it, it took forever to boot and once it did I realized the touch screen was ten times worse than an old palm PDA. It has to be used with a stylus. Then after setting it up, the ethernet ports are on the bottom and won't allow the router to sit flat with the cables. Then the WiFi range was really bad and the speeds it delivers is terrible. My 75Mbps speed was sown to under 10Mbps. Don't buy this, get a netgear instead

Amped Posted by: from: Big Bend, Wisconsin on Good extender to have with devices and easy with the LCD touch screen and at least runs on the AC, great for business or homes to extend the signal!
