Great bang for you buck!5 Posted by: from: on It's a great set up from 1080p. The 21:9 ratio is great for watching movies too! 1440p gaming is great and it easily overclocked to 75hz.

Amazing Monitor4 Posted by: from: Boise, Id on I was so impressed with this monitor when I got it setup. The screen is so large and yet its not overbearingly so. The width gives you so many options. It takes a while to get used to it all, and once you get your work flow in place it's nice change.

Great monitor, but buy the extended warranty4 Posted by: from: on The first monitor I got was DOA. The power light would come on, but nothing would display, including the on-screen menu. The second monitor was perfect ... ZERO bad pixels, rock solid image, some backlight bleed, but typical for an IPS panel. Comes with a huge assortment of cables. I am hooking it up to a 2015 15" MacBook Pro using a 3rd party mini-displayport to displayport cable. Runs at full resolution and 60HZ refresh. I am not a gamer and use this for software development. Apple changed the OS such that you can't stretch a window across two displays ... this monitor solves that issue perfectly. I am very happy with the monitor, but I would suggest getting the Best Buy extended warranty ... $50 for 4 years of piece of mind.

DOA - no video1 Posted by: from: Loveland,CO on After spending considerable time looking at the 34" Ultrawide displays, I opted to purchase this one. Motivating factors included: reasonable positive reviews, ability to return it to BB if there were issues, and the typical one ... price. I picked up the display from my local BB (had it shipped to the store). I took it home and unboxed it. Assembled the stand, plugged in the power and a mini-displayport to displayport cable to my 2015 MacBook Pro. Sadly, no video. The power light comes on, the Mac sees the display. (It shows up in system info, the display preferences shows it, and the video "winks" as it transitions to dual screen.) I tried a different mini-displayport to display port cable. I also tried the Dual DVI port using an Apple brand Dual DVI adaptor and the Dual DVI cable that came with the monitor. In all cases, the Mac sees the monitor, but the screen remains black. Additionally, I can't detect ANY backlight and the on-screen display for adjustments does not show up either. It appears that either the video driver in the monitor OR the backlight have failed. So, back it goes this afternoon. While the monitor has failed me, I buy from Best Buy because I can take it back with no hassle. (Long live Brick & Mortar!)

Great Monitor4 Posted by: from: on This monitor is great. I bought this to use one monitor instead of having two monitors with the bezel in the center. I love the height and tilt adjustments from the stand. My only con is I have a slight IPS glow on the lower left corner of my screen, which only is noticeable when watching/playing in dark scenes. It's pretty much a gamble if I were to exchange the monitor for another.

Excellent monitor (with one major issue)4 Posted by: from: on This monitor looks amazing it pretty much all scenarios minus one: anytime the screen is black, you get atrocious IPS Glow (if you don't know what that is I suggest you Google it if you're serious about spending near a thousand bucks on an IPS monitor) Again, really an amazing monitor in most respects, however for the price i would've hoped the IPS panel would be better. IPS glow is kind of a lottery and it's always going to be there to some extent on even the nicest panels. However the amount of glow on this monitor was truly unacceptable, and for the price it was doubly so. The LG UM95 has the identical panel as this AOC, is a lot cheaper, and from the reviews it seems to have less IPS glow in general (likely owed to LG's better quality control). The LG doesn't have the (very) nice stand that this one does, but for the savings between the two you could buy a super nice vesa mount and still have saved a couple bucks.

Awesome display5 Posted by: from: on Great display for just about anything. Multitasking, gaming, internet browsing. The matte finish on the screen is great. My only advice, if you plan on using this display to game on, you will have to use the display port. It is the only input that will display 3440x1440 @60fps. All other inputs function @30.

Great looking screen and options.4 Posted by: from: on The monitor looks great, screen resolution is great. But my problem with it is that it has only one input which would display the full resolution at 60hz. Any other input you use is limited to 30hz at most. Since my purpose was to connect two computers to it, I have to sacrifice one at a lower refresh rate which is not what I want. Other than that, it has a lot more features than the equivalent monitor from LG
