Phone is great customer service horrible Posted by: from: on Purchased a phone from Best Buy on 15 Novemeber and the phone is great. The service after the sale is not up to par. I was instructed to ship my old phones back to AT&T with the Best Buy provided packing label. The old phones were shipped no issues until 29 December when I was told we owe over 150.00 dollars because the phones were never received. Upon calling Best Buy trying to get the tracking number oh they don't keep that on file. If you are considering purchasing a new phone go directly to the provider not Best Buy. The AT&T customer service was top notch on helping deal with this issue. The recommendation is to the phone not Best Buy.

A good improvement from the iPhone 6 Posted by: from: on I've always bought the "s" versions of the iPhone (4s, 5s) because they seem to be what the original base version should have been. However, I had an iPhone 6 before the 6s. The feel and bigger screen was a good reason to upgrade earlier than normal. However, the 6s had just enough new incremental improvements to buy this iteration. The fingerprint sensing is so much faster to recognize your fingerprint and unlock the phone sooner. While this seems trivial, it is a step in seamlessly operating the phone without the phone getting in the way, if this makes sense. Keeping the phone secure while still maintaining the ability to unlock quickly really improves the user experience. Another reason for getting this phone (and the 6 for that matter) is that AT&T now offers WiFi calling. In my office building (6th floor), I have an ok signal, but there's so much interference that I can't get a call initiated, and incoming calls are almost always going straight to voicemail. With WiFi calling, connections are established and maintained through my company's WiFi network, so I don't miss calls anymore. This really saved AT&T, as I was ready to switch to Verizon (AT&T didn't install any microcells at my company location).

Great phone Posted by: from: on After switching from a Windows Phone to an iPhone there are somethings I miss and are better on WP but for the most part the iPhone is a much better phone. I don't use too many apps (which why I was fine with WP) but it is really convenient to be able to check my bank accounts quickly and securely through their apps. My biggest issue with my iPhone was that it wasn't pulling contact photos from FB even after going through all the settings on FB app and the phone settings but fortunately there are apps that work like a charm. A couple other things I have noticed is that force touch doesn't work all the time even after applying the same amount of pressure..might be because of the glass protector I have over my phone. I have also run into a couple bugs already where the home double press wasn't working and the volume level pop-up was not going away but after turning the phone off and back on fixed both bugs. Overall, I'm impressed and satisfied with my purchase.

Bought it for my wife Posted by: from: Grand Prairie, TX on Most people are fairly hesitant about the larger screen and the size/weight of the device, but after moderate use, they tend to prefer it over the more standard or "mobile" smart phones.

nice phone Posted by: from: Fort Smith, AR on I got this iPhone 6s for my wife to replace her iPhone 5. She is happy with it and would recommend getting the larger memory for photos, videos, and music.
