Customers are delighted by the VivoPC M32CD's speed and performance, particularly praising its solid-state drive and ample storage. Many appreciate its ease of use and reasonable price point. However, some users noted that the fan can be noisy at times, and that the power supply may require an upgrade for demanding applications. The dual hard drive configuration is also a frequently mentioned positive aspect.

Two caveats: Only been a month or so since I purchased this computer. Added a 2nd hard drive, and graphics card to it (and thus voided the warranty) Am a fan of Asus motherboards and consumer computers. My previous Asus Pentium class machine pretty much reached end of life so I went for this model with the expectation that the i7 CPU will give me many years of acceptable performance. Knew I would want a 2nd hard drive and better graphics. Understood up front that opening the case would void any warranty. Since I used to build my own machines, felt okay to upgrade this one. Straight up, out of the box this is a very fine and capable computer for most people. Specs are very good. Lots of memory, 1 TB drive plus a 256 G SSD. It's VERY quick to boot to a login screen. One important consideration with the C: drive (the 256 G SSD). Want to be very careful when installing programs so that the drive does not fill up real quick. Pick a different drive if the installer allow it. Also a good idea to change the Windows 10 defaults for where you store docs, photos, downloads, etc. My little tip - Smile If you want to add a graphics card, like I did, be aware that the power supply will have to be replaced with a more capable one. Adding a second hard drive requires moving the SSD up one shelf. No way to add a second optical drive. Certainly not the right computer for someone interested in using it as the starting point for a super rig. Overall I am very pleased with this computer and expect it will serve me well for many years.

This is an extremely powerful desktop PC for your everyday usage. Initial set-up will take approximately 10-15 minutes (very fast!). This computer has minimal bloatware; it's nice! It boots up fast (approx. 10 seconds) due to the SSD. Also, having the 1 TB HD to store your documents is a great combo. For me, I recommend installing programs/applications onto the SSD for faster boot time and keeping all documents on the HD (you can do that by right clicking "my pictures", "my documents", etc. and changing the location of those files to the proper hard-drive) to ensure you always have enough room on the SSD. Furthermore, it's an Intel Core I7 7th generation, there's nothing more to say about that! Very fast in conjunction with the 12GB DDR4 memory ram! As far as noise, this PC has been extremely quiet (so far I only used it to surf webs, microsoft word, and watching videos). Moreover, the PC has a lot of USB ports and plugs; it's very convenient. Furthermore, this specific ASUS desktop PC can watch youtube 4k videos in 4k full screen (I have a 27inch HD monitor) without any issues or lag/hiccups. As for gaming, this computer only needs an upgraded video-card and a more powerful Power Supply Unit (PSU)--current PSU I believe is about 350W. This desktop PC's motherboard has one empty PCIEX16 slot for a video-card if you so choose to upgrade the video-card. If you do these two things, you will have a very powerful gaming machine for a very good price. That's not to say that this computer is not capable of gaming right out the box, it can do light gaming, but for heavier type games it will require what I previously stated. Be advised, when you open the tower, you void the manufacturers warranty. The best budget video-card at the moment is the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050ti 4GB (sells for about $150-$170 and does not require a PSU upgrade!). With that budget card and the system spec on this desktop PC, you can do some good gaming! Overall, this is probably the best desktop PC I've ever purchased for the value and I'm very happy; I purchased this desktop when bestbuy had a sale going on for this specific ASUS PC and a student discount on top of it. It was a good buy overall. If you are looking for a powerful PC with a good price tag then this ASUS desktop PC is for you!

Overall this was a great purchase. I wanted a decent rig for gaming. This computer almost has everything. Keep in mind that I believe I purchased this computer for about $575, it was on sale plus a student discount was applied. This computer will suit any non-gamers needs. It boots extremely fast. Is always responsive and is ready to go out of the box. For people thinking about gaming with it. The power supply will need upgraded for anything above a 1050ti (Has to run on the motherboard). But if you throw a new PSU in it and possibly a 1060 or higher this desktop will be the perfect intro gaming setup. If you can ever get it for the price I got it for I would say jump on it! Lastly remember that opening the case will void your warranty. Mine has a sticker on it that will break if and when I upgrade the internals
