Not practical for everyday use. Posted by: from: Buffalo Grove, IL on I work from home so my phone is very important to me. 1) Numbers so large that it spreads out the keypad and makes dialing uncomfortable. Had an AT&T model with smaller buttons that was a dream. Not this one. 2. Caller ID is slow and if you wait for it to show up, your caller may have hung up. 3. To scroll through the past call list, is cumbersome and requires several steps. It sometimes starts with the oldest first so it takes FOREVER to get through all the numbers. My last AT&T phone, you just pushed the down button and it let you scroll through them. 4. Voices come through very brassy. Often it sounds like another phone may be off the hook listening in but that's impossible in my case. 5. Loved my last AT&T phone except that the handset jack loosened and I had to keep it taped to keep a connection. I'm hoping this one isn't the same.

Not as advertised Posted by: from: Bronx, NY on Best Buy on-line description: 2-line operation; caller ID/call waiting; caller ID announce; digital answering system; 3-party conferencing; speakerphone; data port. Stated above is the BB description of a "digital Answering system", the reason I purchased the phone in the first place. I bought it as an all in one system for my mother as a gift a few weeks ago to give today. When setting it up, I poured over the instructions for about an hour trying to figure how to set up the answering machine & there was none. The conversation in trying to return a phone that wasn't as promised was painful. Moral of the story, understand that there is a 15 day window from time of purchase; don't buy gifts unless you're giving them that day & your gift recipient tries out said gift in front of you!

Easy setup Posted by: from: St Louis on plugged in to new charter line yesterday and got it set up right away. Only use one line, but it is there if i need. Display shows calls, missed and if there is voice mail. Easy to program speed dial. Best of all Speaker phone works great. Touch the speed dial button and speakerphone comes on automatically.

excellent 2 line speakerphone Posted by: from: Chicago, IL on I like the phone's features. The 2 lines, speakerphone, mute, etc without the overhead of built-in speakerphone, etc.

Not good!! Posted by: from: on This phone looked good and appeared to have all the technology that I needed, however both the receiver volume and the ringer volume are very very poor. There is no way to turn up the speaker volume or the ringer volume. If both these items were upgraded, this phone would be a great phone.

Great Phone espeically with a Headset Posted by: from: on Good product. Great audio quality. Great volume. Also, and this was key for me, it can switch from a headset to the speakerphone by pressing a button. Good price I had a Panasonic KX-TS880B (which only has one line), but chose to replace it partly to add a second line, but especially because the Panasonic requires pulling the headset out to use the speakerphone, which is really not acceptable. The AT&T phone is much better.

I'm happy with the phone Posted by: from: Riverside, CA on I had an ATT phone before and was looking for a similar phone. I really didn't realize it was a 2 line phone...which I didn't need or have. So I had to cover the light on the second line, because it was annoying. Otherwise, I'm happy with the phone.

Gets the job done. Posted by: from: Buckeye, AZ on This telephone made from AT&T is great! I love how the buttons are not to big where it takes up the whole surface of the device. Love the jack for a headset! Works perfectly in my office.
