Great for 88 yr old Mom and 19 yr old daughter! Posted by: from: on My elderly Mom does her on-line banking and bill pay with her phone. She loves the back lit display & quick key action. Daughter uses the blue tooth function to link with her I-phone & then talk all over with cell phone on charger in her bedroom. Volume control works well with or without hearing aids. This is probably the 12th cordless phone I have owned since the telescope antenna days of the 80's . Best yet! Did I mention they use "standard AA ni-metal hydride(sp?) Instead of the std special battery pack that retails for over $30?

Works well but lacks or has limited features Posted by: from: Eagan, MN on The current product was purchased to replace a Pnasonic prduct that developed a problem with its keypad in two handsets (top row of numerals would not work unless pressed very hard). The present product seems to work well so far but lacks or has limited features. Examples: 1) limited to 4/2 rings when using "toll saver" feature, 2) clunky to delete "missed call alerts", 3) caller ID does not display some names but only gives numbers (harder to screen robo calls), and 4) only 22 min total recording time on answering machine. On the other hand, the intercom feature is nice in a multi-level house and, with an array of group calling features, is more versatile than most other phones.

Great phone, without a bunch of bells and whistles Posted by: from: on This is a pretty basic phone, but it does the basics very well. The sound is crystal clear and some of the features (intercom, handset-to-handset talking, etc.) make the phone even more useful. If you are looking for loads of features (Bluetooth, corded base, multi-lines, etc.) this won't have it. But if you just need a basic multi-handset phone that does the job well, this is it.

great quality and durability Posted by: from: toledo on Love these phones for the clearity of sound and durability... I have had my current set for over 5 years with no problems..When I switched over to U-verse...I discovered a problem with my ringer..not a problem with the phones...let my daughter use them to see if it was a phone problem or a line problem..they work well in her home then and now..and I purchased new AT&T phones because of their clarity and durability...I had a line problem.. what else was great...Best Buy will price match ..so I was able to get them at a cheaper price---the sales person found it for me ..I didn't even have to check the prices myself..

Excellent Phones Posted by: from: on Nice price/value ratio. Like the 4 handsets. Only have to enter phonebook on one handset and all have access... previous set had to do each one separate. Like the lighted numbers, large keys, nice design and feel. Very happy with this purchase. Bought for my mom and liked it so much I bought another set to upgrade my phones.

Awesome! Posted by: from: on Very clear reception. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find the expandable phones so I bought 2 sets, but found out that even my older AT&T cordless phones work with this new one. I am very pleased with it!

good phone system for the price Posted by: from: on our old cordless system we had for at least 10 tears had served us well but was starting to act up. only thing I wished I had consider was making sure the hand held units had a place for a head phone jack, my fault. other than that it meets our needs. nice for the price.

A Great System at a Great Price Posted by: from: charlotte nc on Our home phone system had seen too many hours and mishaps, so at replacement time, we looked to Best buy for a new setup...............this met and exceeded our needs. Very easy to install and use thanks to a detailed manual , powerful enough to use in house and outside, a user friendly large scale faceplate on the phones, well built, small "footprint" phone charger bases, AT&T quality throughout, all in a packaging that would make Houdini scratch his head (incredible that they could get all this equipment into its box, securely!), and you've got a keeper here for sure. We're NOT tech savvy by any stretch, so if this type of thing intimidates you, fear not, the whole package is a novice's dream! Highly recommended on all accounts.

Works well, with some quirks Posted by: from: on Needed new phones so bought these. The range is very good, and I've even used them while at the neighbor's house. Reception is clear. I wish it had a jack for a headset but it does not. Also the "handset search" pings all of the phones at the same time; you cannot search for an individual lost handset; they all ring. Other than those quirks it's a great phone set. Glad I bought them..

Att&T home phone Posted by: from: on I've had this phone system for a few months now and I really like it .Very good battery life, great distance range.I can take this outside in my yard at the far ends and still have clear reception. Another feature I like is that it announces calls, great when you have your hands full and don't want to run to the phone just to see who it is. Voice is a little quirky but it does the job.
