The Last of the Best Seasons Posted by: from: California on Grab this one up! The only negative I can say is that there is no Frank Gorshin as the Riddler ( John Astin is not as bad as has been reported). You have the episodes here of the 3 part team up of the Joker, Penguin. The giant Oyster eating Robin, the Croc Pit, and the episode with Leslie Gore as Catwoman's protege and Robin being brainwashed into working with Catwoman and having the hots for the teenage Pink Cat girl! Also the Green Hornet episode and the visit to London to fight crime! Also the debut of Vincent Price as Egghead! The last season was terrible , even with Bathirl! No 2 parters, no Aunt Harriet, smaller budgets, and terrible sets with a black tarp used over and over. But this set!

Not your kids Batman but brings back the memories Posted by: from: Detroit, MI on I watched this with my nephew and he said this was not the real batman. I told him that is was better because this batman was tough but funny. I loved the nostalgia while he loved the action and easy to follow plot. The one problem I had was the format of having 2 parts for season 2. I didnt realize it until I got the first part. The series faced many obstacles to get to us but I am glad it did.

Peak, Two Posted by: from: on The episode with Tallulah Bankhead (and the 'head of the Talosians" from "Star Trek") alone is worth it.

Bringing Back Good Old Series Posted by: from: on Ever since these DVDs from the 60's Batman TV series came out I've bought every single box of them. I was a huge fan of the series when I was a little kid and now I get to see them with my son and introduce him to this excellent piece of Pop Culture. A must own.

Memories I don't remember Posted by: from: on I remember watching Batman I just don't remember the details of each episode. Watching this is so entertaining with all the special guest villains. A new villain every week plus a famous person peering out of the building window asking Batman how he's doing. Can't beat this DVD. It looks great and I don't even have the blu ray version. A must have for any Batman fan who watched as a little kid.

Silly Kid Fun Posted by: from: on If you grew up watching this show, then you know what it is. I don't think anyone would be disappointed in this release as the quality is good. In fact, I thought the picture was outstanding for how old the show is. Season 1 was the best and it holds up for most of Season 2 but even the biggest fan must admit that the quality dropped off in Season 3.

Great price and Movie Cash too. Posted by: from: on The sale price and the $8 ticket to see Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice pushed this one over the top for me. No more excuses, now I own it. Yay!
