Origin of the DC Comics Universe on tv Posted by: from: on Birds of Prey was a lot of fun- watched it when it was actually aired, and with three appealing leads, and some eye candy for the ladies as well, the episodes have a tone that is familiar to any who enjoy the flavor of Arrow or Flash. A little soapy at times, but with decent action and good chemistry between the actors.

Set in an alternate future of the DC Universe... Posted by: from: on ...Birds of Prey starred Dina Meyer as Oracle and Ashley Scott as Huntress, established partners in New Gotham. Meyer's Oracle was the paralyzed former Batgirl; Scott's Huntress was the daughter of Batman and a metahuman Catwoman, and as such exhibited feline powers. Joined in the pilot episode by a young psychic runaway named Dinah (played by Rachel Skarsten), the team spent 13 episodes stopping various metahuman threats such as Huntress' old high school friend Shiva and Darkstrike. Other main cast members included Shemar Moore as Huntress' love interest Detective Jesse Reese, and Mia Sara as the villainous Dr. Harleen Quinzel, M.D. (Harley Quinn). Lori Loughlin was a notable guest star, playing Dinah's metahuman mother, the Black Canary.

So Fun Posted by: from: on This is an old series from my Teen years. It is great that we are getting to relive these with our kids because it does come back to Batman and has a fun view of what could have happened. If you like DC you will like this.

Good Serie Posted by: from: Reynosa, Tamaulipas on It's a Little bit surprising to find out that there is a daughter of Batman and Selena Kyle. The serie is good. I think it could be much better and the end was in a snap. Harley Queen is the most interesting character indeed.
