I have owned two remote starters on other cars and this is by far the best one yet. Reliable and easy to use. Don't be fooled by inexpensive starters, you will only be disappointed. Do your homework. If you are looking for a remote car starter I would recommend that you consider the CompuStar. I'm am very satisfied.

Good value

Love the product

Product had to be ordered in I was told I would get an email that it was at the store (didn't get) and a call to set up my appointment to have installed (didn't get). Took it upon myself to call, was told they weren't working - on a Thursday, then told on Friday that the whole computer system for Best Buy was down. Finally called on a Saturday and was told they have a new person starting so they would call me back when e got his schedule in the system. Finally did get a call back and set up the appointment. All well and good right? Wrong. An hour later I get an automated message stating that if I didn't pick up my order they were going to cancel it and credit me. Called in again to make sure that wasn't happening. Was assured it wasnt. Checked my email in between 3 messages that said they were canceling my order and crediting, was an email confirming my appointment two weeks in the future. So I ignored the other emails because I knew what was happening. This happened for two weeks that I kept getting these conflicting emails. So it was installed this past weekend and I got an email yesterday saying the order is cancelled. So not impressed!!!

Intermitant Operation
