Great for apartments
Posted by: MamaJ from: on
I purchased this washer because I live in an apartment and was tired of hauling cloth diapers back and forth and spending a ton at the laundromat. After 3 months of heavy use, I still LOVE it. Sure, it's tiny. A full load is 3 pr of jeans, or 4 days worth of shirts, socks, & underwear. Or in my case, 2-3 days worth of cloth diapers. But it cleans effectively, has multiple cycle options, and hooks up to a standard bathroom faucet & sink drain. My only real complaint is that it drains automatically if you put the drain hose below the level of the water in it. So the first time I used it, before I put the rubber band around the fill hose to attach the drain hose, it slid out of my sink & flooded my bathroom. And again when my curious crawler got away from me and pulled the drain hose loose from the rubber band, it flooded my bathroom. You cannot drain it into the bathtub, only into a sink because of the height.

Great Washer for Condo
Posted by: Jack from: on
Live in a condo with no washer hookup in my unit. This machine is perfect for me. I intentionally keep the loads small, (one queen sheet and pillow case a bath towel and some t-shirts), so as not to overload. Two queen sheets would work but it seemed kind of full. Hooks up easily to my bathroom faucet and rolls easily back into the walk-in closet when I'm done. Spin cycle gets clothes much drier than the washer I had been using in our laundry room

Great washer for small spaces

I'm no stranger to portable washers, having used a twin-tub prior to this purchase easily made this an upgrade. This has simplified my laundry woes and made me a happy camper!

getting straight to the point...
Pros: small, quiet, does a great job, quick, lasted for years (did about 3 loads a day.) affordable, honestly a great product
Cons: wheels didn't really roll that well.

Great washer IF it doesn't break :(
Posted by: Peach from: on
I had this washer for just under a month. It washed clothes amazingly, lots of different wash options, and hooks up to my kitchen sink easily. The shipping was easy and they carried it up my stairs for me. (I did however have to call the shipping company and schedule my delivery instead of them calling me cause they didn't have my number on file for some reason? No biggy. ) HOWEVER, here's the but, it broke after the 6th or so load that I did. :( Which was very disappointing. I think one of the motors/belt broke cause it started emitting a burning plastic smell and the agitator would not STOP rotating. Instead of dealing with the manufacturer and geek squad I decided just return it. Was such a disappointment cause it was a great washer till it broke.... Buyer beware... MAKE SURE you get some sort of protection plan in case it breaks after your return date! Otherwise you'll be s.o.l.

When it was delivered, I noticed the only function it managed to carry out was to take in water and let it out. All the other functions were useless. So I requested the replacement, BestBuy let me wait forever. I gave up and decided to return. This morning I am waiting for UPS guy to pick up this skipping my yoga class. It was super heavy and my apartment is on the third floor. I never ever try portable washer again.
