Pros -nice build, stylish, great speed, not loud/no fan sound, light weight, display nice, facial recognition, not bulky/good size not too big not too small, slim, good for professional work setting or even casual use. Nice lit keyboard with light adjustment. Eye catching amongst the rest on display at best buy. Both kinds of USB ports, HDMI, SD card reader (you can see on Best Buy images) Cons -nothing really, I can see why very few of these reviews might have an issue with the trackpad/mousepad, maybe that it could be a little better (like a smoother response) but honestly I really don't think it's a sufficient enough reason to not buy the laptop because I'd still give it 4.5/5 stars.

I bought this laptop for my first year of college and it’s still running great!! The touchscreen is fantastic, it’s reasonable priced, and the perfect size for a classroom desk and backpack. The only downside is the battery life. If it’s used throughout the entire day (around 9am-9pm for a college student), you’ll probably have to plug it in. As long as you carry the charger it’s no big deal. Overall, love this product!!

I like the computer. It is lightweight and easy to use. It seems fast (but most computers do when you first buy them) and powerful. We also like the touchscreen and that the computer turns into a "tablet" when folded all the way over. I don't like the low amount of storage (which we can "fix" by plugging in external storage (but... really... who wants to have to carry that around with you all the time for a portable laptop)), and the fact that there are only 2 HDMI ports on the computer (one of which is taken up by the external storage). The other port is a different type, which I do not own any device with that type of port. As far as the storage... I guess I get what I paid for. I guess I can't ask for more if I wasn't willing to pay (outrageous amounts of $$) for. The computer was pretty expensive as it was (for the price, it should have come with Office programs). The power button is also in a somewhat awkward spot, making it easy to inadvertently turn the computer off when you are picking it up. I also wish it had a number keypad.
