Fun Game for the Whole Family5 Posted by: from: Frederick, MD on We enjoy playing role playing games, and we love most things Disney. This game combines both, and can be played for children as young as 6 to as old as seniors.

Great graphics & storyline !3 Posted by: from: on It's a great game, however, not too many levels... It's OK for the sale price.

Had trouble loading, is a bit hard for my kids2 Posted by: from: Bayville, NY on This got such great reviews, I almost bought it last year for $50. Glad I waited until it came down this Christmas. It proves to be too complicated for my 7 year old and even my 12 year old gets bogged down in parts! I thought it would be one of their favorites, but it just sits with the other games that are too hard or too easy for them. At first, it wouldn't even load and kept telling us to update our system. When we did it several times, it finally loaded. Unfortunately, we were disappointed in the game.

Wow Amazing!5 Posted by: from: Farmington Hills, MI on This game covers the disney park is a dark way. Something new maybe not for little kids and the game play is hard. Game is very long which is great because once you start playing this you will find it hard to put down.

Adventurous and fun for my 9 yr old son5 Posted by: from: pennsylvania on This was a gift for my 9 year old son who thinks this game is adventurous and fun. I noticed it was difficult for him to learn the game rules when he first started the game but now he really enjoys the storyline and objectives. There is some violence so I would caution against very young players playing this. The optional Paint Brush Controller is not needed, the standard Wii controller works just fine - save your money.

Not how i thought it would be.2 Posted by: from: New Rochelle, NY on I'm not giving a lower review because the game itself is bad, but I don't think it lives up to how it's portrayed on the commercials. You would think a Mickey game would be great for younger people, but it was actually kind of confusing awkward even for me (and I'm 24 years old)..having to remember to use primer and things like that are kind of weird to me in a Disney video game..there are still a lot of cute parts though.

Very Intense4 Posted by: from: St. Louis, MO on Don't start this game unless you have lots of time to spend! Graphics are excellent. I like that you can play and play, there is no "Game over". However, there are lives and once all are lost, you restart at your current start point. Lots of hidden items. Suggest going online for game outline and cheat sheets.

    Synopsis

Disney Epic Mickey is an action-adventure platforming game for the Wii console that sends Mickey Mouse on an epic journey of creativity and discovery. As Mickey, the player is propelled into Wasteland, an alternate world made up of Disney's forgotten creative efforts, and is given the power to wield paint and paint thinner to dynamically change the world while determining Mickey's path to becoming an epic hero.

Through the use of unique paint and paint thinner, the key components of animation and Mickey's tools for impacting his world, players will have the ability to shape how the story unfolds as they discover the concept of "Playstyle Matters" — an innovative style of gameplay created by Disney Interactive Studios' Junction Point, led by industry luminary Warren Spector, where players creatively tackle different challenges in the world to explore all the possibilities and storylines — but with consequences for their chosen actions.
