Better Than John Henry

I love this CD. Starting with Slow Train, Joe lends his unique blues style to another set of blazing riffs and interesting lyrics. Dust Bowl is the most recognized song on this new CD and doesn't disappoint, but I love Black Lung Heartache and No Love On The Streets.
The only song Joe could have done without is Tennessee Plates. More country than blues and the lyrics are too hokey. All in all, this is the best offering from Joe Bonamassa to date.
Go see him live for an even more exciting time!

His Best CD, it will blow you away!!

While every CD Joe Bonamassa has done is great, Dust Bowl is the best one of all. 9 of the songs vie for best track, while the other 3 are really good too. If you don't know Joe, this is the one to start with. This guy is so young and so good that it's almost scary. The solo's on #7 & #9 are so great, you almost want to cry.

Joe Continues To Get Better & Better !

Dust Bowl is Bonamassa's 12th full-length solo album and comes hot on the heels of his last solo record Black Rock and the super-group project, Black Country Communion. ... His solos burn, hit you in the gut, and climax to perfection.
