Surprisingly good

Posted by: Gambit624 from on 04/05/2016I'll be honest, I initially purchased this printer for it's scanning ability. I was looking for an inexpensive scanner, and was looking at the NEAT's and Epson standalone scanners. I just didn't want to spend the money on them. I started looking at AIO printers, and this one had the speed on double sided scanning that I would live with. Once I got it home and set it up, I started to test it, and was pleasantly surprised. Print quality is pretty good. It has a retractable tray so it "folds" up nicely in a box for a small space. It also prints on compatible CD's (haven't tried that, as I've had a printer that did that in the past, and it used quite a bit of ink). One of the cool features is the ability to take any picture on a USB or SD card, and make it into a coloring picture. I work with a school with children with Autism, and printing out pages for them to color of themselves and the buildings they are in is a big hit with them. I'm still on the starter ink, so that's impressive as well.
