Listen, I'm not going to bore you with my review of the GeForce GTX 970; there are already many of those (With many benchmarks) available online. Anyway, this card is simply gorgeous! As a huge Fallout fan, I HAD to have this. It's essentially an EVGA GeForce GTX 970 SSC ACX 2.0 (Stands for Super Super Clocked, because one "Super" isn't enough, and spelling "Extreme" with an "E" is too mainstream, LOL, and Active Cooling eXtreme 2.0) with a super awesome Fallut 4 Vault Boy-themed backplate. Plus, it's $10 cheaper than the NVIDIA Blower Style (AKA "Reference") GeForce GTX 970 and EVGA's identical Geaforce GTX 970 SSC ACX 2.0 variant, but with a really cool backplate! Other than that, you get everything that comes with any other EVGA GPU, so you'll be able to get up and running out of the box! All in all, it's a great step up from my EVGA GeForce GTX 560 (If I remember correctly, might be Ti) Duke Nukem Edition, and the Vault Boy on the back is a huge plus! Buy it if you can find one in store, my Best Buy only got one (Thanks for holding the one for me!), they'll for sure go quick! Happy vault exploring!

Returned my EVGA 970 Model: 04G-P4-3979-KB SKU: 2496109 Becuse they are horrible rebranding of the first Gen of this card they have bad headsinks and cant overclock . This Card is THE REAL EVGA 970 2nd gen it has the correct heat plate power adaptors and duel bios switch this is the Card you want to buy and the best part is you get a free backplate (20.00) from EVGA This card overclocks like a champ the only thing special about this card is the artwork on the backplate. I cant stress this enough this card is an overclocking beast and is the best Bang for your Buck in GPU hardware !!!!!

I'm not a huge gamer, but I am a hardware fanatic. I'd been eyeing the GTX 970 for quite some time, as I knew I would need a newer and better graphics card in order to play Fallout 4. Once the game was released, I began shopping, and found this card available locally. While the price was a little higher than other GTX 970's I found on the web, the Fallout 4 graphic print really set this one apart and justified the cost difference. Plus getting it locally and not waiting for the mail was a huge plus for me, as I got that instant satisfaction and ability to play the game that day. Overall, the card plays Fallout 4 like a BEAST on my system! I run at 2560x1080p (21:9), other hardware is i7-4790k, 16GB RAM, SSD. I see it steadily run at 60FPS with everything turned up to Ultra, rarely going below 45FPS. I upgraded from a GT 730, a $65 card that only ran the game at 16-18FPS with everything set on lowest setting, hence the reason for the upgrade. And what an upgrade! I also hear NO coil whine whatsoever! And I've never heard the fans kick on either, so it's a fairly quiet card as well!
