Before we begin
When we arrive at your home, we'll discuss the scope of work to ensure that services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.
Setting up your TV
We'll connect an existing TV to video components (like a cable/satellite box or a DVD/Blu-ray player) in a single room.
Adding TV peripherals
We'll add any network-capable devices in your system to the wireless network, perform video device firmware updates, and program your non-learning-type remote control.
Setting up your home computer
We'll set up and connect your computer system, including your monitor, keyboard, mouse, and speakers.
Setting up your router
We'll set up and configure networking settings for your router, update your router's firmware (if necessary), change router SSID, and enable wireless encryption on the wireless network.
Connecting your devices
We'll connect devices to the network and establish basic print and file sharing functionality as needed.
We'll make sure that all wires and cables are neatly dressed and that wire ties are used when necessary.
*Does not include ISP setup or troubleshooting, boxing or transferring products from one residence to another, new product setup, furniture assembly, integration of audio components or advanced home theater devices, or any custom mounting or wiring.
Additional charges may be required for land travel beyond installation coverage areas. Service returns cannot be accepted after installation services are completed.
