So far I do not have a problem with the actual appliance just Best Buy.
Best Buy delivered the refrigerator, left it in the middle of the kitchen never set it up or completed the install. They claimed the plumber coming the next day for the water line would do it. The plumber came said this is out of his scope and left. No waterline no install no action after countless calls to customer care, it was left for 3 weeks, I had to call a plumber myself to install! This was at my 80 year old mothers house! I will never buy an appliance from Best Buy AGAIN! EVER!

So far four repairs and just six months old

This has been the worst ice box we ever have owned.
1) The front panel led lights went out and had to have repair come out and fix
2) Ice maker spilling water all down the inside of freezer, repair came out and replaced
3) Water running down inside the freezer, main circuit board and valve replaced
4) Came home yesterday making an awful noise; called and scheduled a repair for this Tuesday
5) Woke up this morning and display is now showing SY EF, so another call this morning
I would not recommend this ice box to anyone.

Horrible Frigidaire refrigerator

We bought a frigidaire refrigator from best buy in Aug. 2015. The ice maker keeps jamming and we have called Frigidaire 3 times. Have had service men come out 2 times with the 3rd coming out in a week. They are not fixing it and Best Buy refuses to take it back. Obviously, the will not back the appliances they sell. I will never buy another appliance from Best Buy nor will I ever buy another Frigidaire.

In all my years of owning different brands of refrigerators, I've never had a more noisy one than this one! I was really happy with my last Frigidaire, it was beyond quiet, and we never had any issues with it! Because of this, I decided to purchase another Frigidaire, but unfortunately the refrigerator has been a nightmare since day one. It makes several different sounds, all throughout the day. The ice gets clogged, my husannd injured his finger trying to release some ice. The loudest part of this refrigerator is when it dispenses water into the ice tray, we can hear it from our bedroom on the other side of the house. The noises it makes includes.. Crackling and grumbling. And last, the drawers don't slide out easily, they get stuck and make sqweeky noises when pulled out. You think paying $1300+ for a refrigerator you would get a great product, that wasn't the case here!

The worst experience....ever

I never write reviews but feel compelled to warn you! I bought this fridge to replace an existing unit 10+ years of age (still working) to have a nicer looking machine. That's about all it was - nicer looking. We had the screen replaced 3 times before the manufacturer agreed to replace the entire unit. The first time it took almost two weeks to receive the part. Doesn't sound that bad unless your fridge won't work without it! We had a family of 4 living out of ice chests for almost two weeks. It was ridiculous to have to deal with for a unit less than 60 days old. I knew we had made a mistake on the purchase when the screen was on backorder. That is never a good sign. If you have this unit and your screen goes out a few years from now...good luck. Save yourself the heartache and buy something else...perhaps without a computer on the front but for sure a different unit. I'm going back to simple proven technology and getting away from a touch screen. The only positive I can say is that my contact at the manufacturer was extremely professional and always called me back. Unfortunately, we have spoken way too much in the last month as each new screen continued to fail.

Problems w/in 9 months

One day after about 9 months the temp on my Fridge was showing 56 deg and the freezer was at -18. So i let it go for another day and during that time both fluctauted up and down. So i called Best Buy and they set up to send some guys from Geek Squad. They come and i tell them whats wrong, the guy then calls an office to have someone lead him through what to do. As soon as i heard that i knew i was in trouble. Why you would send someone to fix a fridge who has to call someone else to lead them through it is beyond me. I knew i was in for trouble. Anyway, after he explains to the person on the phone what he's looking at they come to the conclusion that the problem is a sensor and that will take at least 6 days to get in stock. So now i have to basically go a week w/out a properly functioning fridge. They come back a week later and actually take something apart (which they didnt really do the 1st time) and realize that the cooling coils are frozen in a block of ice. So the guy says, that must have been you're problem. Me knowing nothing about refrigerators thinks "ok, that makes sense i guess". They proceed to melt the block of ice off the coils and why he's doing that i ask "what would cause that, it doesnt seem right" He respondes "honestly i can't tell you". Which is not a great answer considering this frrige is less than 10 months old. So they pack up and leave and the temp on the frige stabilizes to the way it was when it was working. Well that lasted about 2 days and i noticed that frost was building again in the freezer. Then the 3rd day the temp was out of wack again. So basically i'm back to the same problem!! This time i'm calling the manufacturer and not "geek squad" because they have no clue! I would have been better off calling and having someone lead me through how to fix it instead of waiting for someone else in a geek squad shirt to do the same thing. Thank god i didnt extend a geek squad warrenty because they are clueless! They need to have people who specialize in specific appliances, dont send me a guy who just went to someones house to fix a computer to fix my frige!

Bad quality, only 1 year, refrigerator is broken.

I bought this model on August 24, 2013, and BestBuy delivered to me sometime in September 2013. Just past 1 year, the electronic water dispenser was out of control. The water keeps flowing out from water dispenser. The floor of my kitchen was soaked by water in one hour. There is no way I can stop it except turning power off or cutting off the water supply. I called the customer service for help. The representative said, "I am sorry, the warranty is just expired (only a couple weeks). We may send you a technician to fix it. Please pay $75 in advance for sending a technician. The other fees or costs for repair depends on technician's diagnoses." I told her the problem was not unusual because through internet I found some people report the same issue. She did not explain why the quality was so poor and the horrible problem happened just 1 year after I bought. She also could not tell me the estimated costs besides $75.
DO NOT BUY this product if you don't want to take the risk for soaking your floor.

Makes all kind of noises. Ice maker looks crooked when it gets full of ice. Drawers in the refrigerator side are hard to open. Don't know the reason why freezer makes strange noise sometimes I closed it. Hate it. Can't return it after 15 day of purchase and repair man said that everything is normal. Don't buy this fridge.

If I could give this refrigerator a "0" I would. Refrigerator side freezes everything, even on the warmest setting. Water system faulty. Had to return it. Such an inconvenience.
