Geek Squad - Add On: Additional Computer Setup

WHAT IS INCLUDED

A Geek Squad Agent will:

Connect and perform initial setup of one (1) computer system (computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers).

Use cable ties for wire management when needed.

Perform initial computer setup on first startup.

Perform all work of the following services:

Install and configure one (1) hardware device (cost of hardware not included).

Install and configure one (1) software application/app (cost of software/app is not included).

Configure one (1) email account for the included email app or web browser.

Use Uninstall Manager to remove programs you deem unnecessary.

Use Shortcut Manager to remove shortcuts you deem unnecessary from the Desktop, Start Menu and Quick Launch toolbar.

Use Startup Manager to configure startup items and services to best suit your needs.

Install system updates and configure automatic installation.

Apply tweaks and optimization.

Customize desktop shortcuts to your specifications.

Add the computer to an existing wireless network.

Test computer for proper functionality.

Note:

Service does not include moving or removing an existing computer system; virus and spyware removal or hardware repairs; or setup of a new wireless network.

WHAT TO EXPECTImportant scheduling information:

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You will also receive a redemption e-mail for each service you've purchased. Print a copy of the redemption e-mail(s) to give to your Agent at the time of service.
