For Online Purchases
For completed BestBuy.com orders, you can get a copy of your receipt online:
- Sign in to your account and select Purchases.
- Click on the order number for the receipt you'd like to print.
- Click the Print icon next to the Order Summary heading.
If you checked out as a guest, you can still check your order status and print a receipt online. You'll need to provide your order number, last name and phone number.
For In-Store Purchases
To get a receipt for a purchase you made in a Best Buy store, visit the Customer Service counter at the store where you made the purchase. If you paid by credit card, bring the credit card you used for the purchase. If you are a My Best Buy® member, your receipt can be looked up by phone number, e-mail address, or My Best Buy member number.
Unfortunately we cannot retrieve receipt copies for purchases paid in cash or check, or for purchases made more than two years ago.
