I purchased the scale on 1/28 and I have had to change batteries 3 different times. I finally returned it on 2/13/13. As far as the app it works whenever the it want which is next to never. This product is a huge disappointment and I have given this one star just because It was easy to give my review. IHeart bathroom scale is awful!!!0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

It doesn't make much sense to be able to, with the roller wheels, change between kg(s), lb(s) and st in the body weight but not in food diary. The food diary roller wheels only display the weight that you select for your body weight. And I do know that you can go to settings and change settings. I am always going to weigh myself in the same unit but when I am entering food sometimes it would be nice to be able to change the unit measurement without going to the settings. For this reason I would hold off buying any of the accessories that can be used with this app until they fix this problem.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

I bought this scale with high hopes that it would help me lose weight by being able to track my weight on my iPhone and iPad. The scale was a little off. I took the scale and had it checked and the measurements were off by 1.5 lbs. But I thought, okay, I can convert. Then there was the app. The app was awful and after the first time linking and being excited that it worked, never was able to get it work again. Was excited again when they did and app update thinking it would work. It didn't. Reinstalled the app and now I can't get connected at all. So I ended up taking it back.5 out of 5 found this review helpful.

I really enjoyed the idea of having a scale that I could connect with my iPad, but when I tried to link up with the iPad, I had problems. And when my son decided to hop on the scale, I had no way of separating his data from mine.
Would I recommend it to a friend? Yes, because it's a pretty good scale.2 out of 3 found this review helpful.

We purchased this scale to help keep track of our weight loss easier. I have to say I am hugely disappointed with this product. It is great for checking your weight, but that's about it.
According to the box and Apple, it states that it can be linked to an iPod, iPhone, or iPad using the blue tooth option. You have to download the app that is made for this scale and it will keep track of the weight. Well so far I have updated all of my iPod touches to the latest software, downloaded the app for the scale, and it still will not link with the iPod touch.
I am unsure what the issue is with the scale, but to pay this much for a product that is supposed to do more was a huge disappointment. I would suggest that you buy a different scale possible one that is not cross compatible with the Apple platform.12 out of 15 found this review helpful.
