Total disappointment. Bought for 7yr old birthday and she couldn't get mic to work-didn't realize it only worked when using cd's! Sorry best buy-this was NOT a good buy! What 7yr old has cd's? It's all about this iPod0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

This is a great machine for my daughter. She loves to sing on it. Sound quality is not great, but my 5 year old doesn't know otherwise. The only issue I have is the buttons that control the CD feel like they might break rather easily and look cheap. I would recommend thsi machine to someone that has a child about the same age as mine.1 out of 1 found this review helpful.

Found a better beginner model. The flashing lights were cool, but didn't make up for the lack of screen to display the words of the karaoke song....also ipod plug in was just a way to use the device as a docker/speaker and not for real karoake.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

Great little machine for wannabe pop stars but put it in the hands of a 10 year old and it will be broken within hours. Thankfully Best Buys no questions asked return policy kicked in and I was able to exchange. My daughter is now extra cautious when connecting/disconnecting the ipod0 out of 0 found this review helpful.
