Posted by: Sswi from on 05/16/2013I purchased this for my daughter less than 5 months ago. Already the CD player and iPod player does not work. I thought it should at the very least be able to play CD's, since it was $60. I tried to take it back to Best Buy but they told me there was nothing they could do. They could only sell me another one. I have to say I will not be purchasing anything from Best but again. I think if they want to sell these incredibly cheap products, they should back them up. So much for customer service. I would not recommend this karaoke machine, it is junk.

Posted by: CCastle from Kennesaw. GA on 02/06/2013This is a great machine for my daughter. She loves to sing on it. Sound quality is not great, but my 5 year old doesn't know otherwise. The only issue I have is the buttons that control the CD feel like they might break rather easily and look cheap. I would recommend thsi machine to someone that has a child about the same age as mine.

Thankfully Best Buys no questions asked return policy kicked in and I was able to exchange. My daughter is now extra cautious when connecting/disconnecting the ipod
