Best work so far

To preface, I've been overtly obsessive about TEN since the beginning. That being said, there's a reason for that. This band started strong and just kept growing, as musicians, artists, and people. This is all reflected in their previous works. But if you didn't know who they were ahead of time (?), and you are only picking up this record because you saw one fo my #shamelessplugathon tweets about it last night, then you'll soon find out what all the crazy, irrational, inappropriately devoted fans already knew...they are geniuses. All of them in their own right. Ace Enders' beautiful, always cryptic lyrics are heartwrenching and painfully introspective. They flow perfectly with the perfect yet sometimes dirty guitar and powerful rhythm section. And when these songs build...there is no one who does it better. Sometimes I consider this band the master of the builder song. "A Stain On The Carpet", the opening track, sets the score for the entire album. And what a fantastic ride it is. Long story short (toolate), I liked it...a lot.
