A workout video worth buying

I enjoy the way Jillian Michaels videos are divided into circuits. To elaborate, this is where a few exercises completed and then repeated and then you move on to another circuit with new exercises that are completed and then repeated. There are 4 circuits in each of the 3 levels which increase in intensity. The first level is pretty beginner but the exercises are still great and you can always increase the weight if you need a greater challenge. I have been doing this for a week and can already see results, looking forward to moving on to levels 2 & 3!
