Nice TV - Wish it had Audio Jack

I like this TV that I bought to replace an old 14" TV in my office. I wanted an LG and it was on sale. However, I discovered that it does not have a jack where I can plug in my wireless headset base. I'm disappointed in that, but I did not think about that when I was shopping. i will look for that when I buy another TV.

Great Little TV

I grabbed this TV as a purely impulse buy because it was on sale for $110 and I had been looking for one in this size range to setup next to my computer for watching the news while I work at home. This one fits the bill perfectly for a limited tasking such as that or maybe a smaller bedroom.
The picture quality is quite nice for this price range and the viewing angles are wider than one would expect. The speakers are about what one would expect for a TV at this price point, nothing to write home about. If I could change any one thing it would be to add at least one other HDMI port but again, at this price one can't be too nit picky.
My use scenario is that it's hooked up to an antenna for OTA free broadcast TV and a Google Chromecast for my other viewing needs, primarily SlingTV, CBS All Access, and the occasional movie rental from Google Play. For those tasks this is fine.

Not the best audio

This TV has great video. Set up is fast and easy. There is no option for external speaker connection, so if you want anything better than tin can sound, look at other models.

inferior sound volume

TV is fine, but the sound doesn't go loud enough for anything other than normal viewing. I bought this for an exercise room, and you can't hear with even minor noise from a treadmill or bike. Because of Best Buy's ridiculous 15 day return policy, which I did not know about, I'm stuck with the thing. It's okay for a spare bedroom, but I went with Samsung for the exercise room. The volume is MUCH better on the Samsung.

Disappointing

We own another LG TV and always thought of LG as a great brand, but this TV was disappointing. The picture color is way off and the maximum volume is poor. We kept it because we got it for half price on Thanksgiving Day and it's satisfactory for the bedroom.
