Q: IS THIS FRIDGE A TRUE BLACK STAINLESS STEEL OR IS IT A PAINTED/BAKED ON FINISH?

A: I'm not sure if it's painted or baked on, but it's definitely not true black stainless steel. It will scratch easily if you're not careful. We were told that it's not recommended to put anything like magnets on the front because that might scratch the finish.

Q: Our salesman mentioned that there are actually 2 ice-makers (one on top for thru-the-door dispensing, one in freezer), but I don't see any mention of that in the product description or any of the reviews. So, are there 2 ice-makers?

A: There's only 1.

Q: In the Specifications section, the refrigerator and freezer food capacities are listed and the must be reversed here - there's no way that the freezer capacity is 19.5 cu.ft. and the refrigerator is only 10.1 cu.ft. Am I right, or am I not buying this?

A: A quick search of LG's website shows the correct capacities. You are correct that Best Buy made a mistake and switched the actual capacities

Q: How many drawers are in the freezer?

A: There are two drawers in the actual freezer drawer itself. The upper drawer is large enough to put things like ice cream cartons in it. The drawer directly underneath that one is really shallow, and would be great for pizzas. That one is only a couple of inches deep. The freezer area below that drawer is quite large.
