Terrible, iPhone 6s Plus Speakerphone Better

I travel by car and needed something better than the hands free in my Toyota Avalon and also for doing WebEx meetings. After the first call from the road I knew there was an issue but after a short visit to Walmart and the thing sounded like it was (connecting > disconnecting > reconnect) continuously so I returned the first one. My second unit was similar and I found that while traveling mostly in the DFW area and a trip to Little Rock the speaker phone on my iPhone 6s Plus was better and easier to understand. I ended up returning them all and purchased a set of Bose SoundLink II's. This is my first set of Bose headphones but I am very impressed. The call quality is clear for both myself and the caller, WebEx is great, and music is exceptional. I wish they had the noise canceling feature on the Bluetooth set, but that is not available yet. I purchased another set of Bose for my wife and they should arrive next week. Bose are more expensive, but they really do work well. I realize the Bose may be cost prohibitive for some, and if you are more interested in listening to music, maybe these are good enough for you. If you need call quality while driving, do not waste your time and effort. I am not sure if the music would be interrupted while walking around a large store or not, but if it actually is dropping Bluetooth it will. I wonder if this issue is related to the new Bluetooth 4.xx? That is whats on this model, the step up still has BT 3.xx, so do not know if the issue is related to this or not.

Really great!

Posted by: Apocolypstik from on 03/02/2016So I bought these for some people at work (we work in manufacturing) and they are great. Comfortable and they just work. You really don't notice that you're wearing them around your neck. I LOVE the retractable cords because often times we only have one earbud in at a time. The blue here is really a navy color and it just so happens to match our company colors. Great buy!

Beware of LG! Customer service lousy!!!

Posted by: Edward from on 01/07/2016The LG headset is just OK. I actually own others that are better. Stopped working after a few weeks of very little use. Had to call LG 4 times to get them to take it back. They only accept FedEx which is 20 miles for me to drop off. I received a new one today. No box no charge cable. Just wrapped in brown paper. A call to them informed me they do not send back "Accessories". I asked if They could at least send me a charging cable. 3 different persons told me NO and to have a nice day. I have dealt with HP, Motorola, and others over the years with great satisfaction. LG is by far the least responsive to the customer's needs. I doubt I will own another LG product ever again. I would advise folks to look elsewhere for their electronics.

questionable sound with music.

Posted by: hanksan from on 12/14/2015I was a bit dissapointed with the sound. Maybe my expectations were a bit high since I can be an audio critic and these are small buds. They do have the Jbl logo so I expected more. They do feel great tho, like I'm not wearing anything. I'm not sure if I'm keeping them. I'll try the call features for a couple of days and then decide.
