Completing Your Mobile Package Order

NEW CONTRACT

To complete your order, please have ready:

  • Your Social Security number
  • Your driver's license number & expiration date
  • Your birth date
  • In order to add a new line to an existing account, you will need the account holder's information
  • If you wish to port your current phone number to your new carrier, you will need your account number from your existing carrier

Why is this needed?
The wireless carrier requires this information in order to complete a credit check and approve your application for service.


UPGRADE (CURRENT CUSTOMER)

To complete your order, please have the above information ready:

  • Your Social Security number
  • Your driver's license number & expiration date
  • Your birth date
  • The phone number for the upgrade
  • Your current wireless account password or PIN, if you have one

Why is this needed?
The wireless carrier requires this information to confirm your identity and process your upgrade. If you don't know your account password or PIN, please call your carrier.

If you are purchasing an upgrade and are not the primary account holder, you will need to provide the primary account holder's information.
