Upgrading vs. Replacing Your Phone

If you are eligible for an upgrade and want a discount on the price of your phone, you can choose to extend your contract for 2 years. To find out if you're eligible for a phone or device upgrade, use our Mobile Upgrade Checker or call your carrier.

If you are not eligible for an upgrade, or just want to replace your phone, you can choose to replace your phone at full price with no contract extension. This will not affect your existing contract.

If you're currently on a month-to-month plan, you can purchase a new phone or device any time. Month-to-month plans do not usually offer discounts on the price of your phone.
