The Wiener Philharmoniker mounted, and Claus Guth directs for the stage, this lavish 2009 production of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's seminal 1790 opera Cosi fan tutte. It stars Miah Persson as Fiordiligi, Isabel Leonard as Dorabella, Florian Boesch as Guglielmo, Topi Lehtipuu as Ferrando, Patricia Petibon as Despina and Bo Skovhus as Don Alfonso. The Salzburg Festival mounted this 2008 production of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's most famous and acclaimed opera, Don Giovanni, with a cast that includes Christopher Maltman in the title role, Anatoly Kocherga as Il commandatore, Annette Dasch as Donna Anna and Matthew Polenzani as Don Ottavio. Le Nozze di Figaro (Salzburger Festspiele)
This release contains the celebrated 2006 production of Mozart's Nozze di Figaro that was directed for the stage by Claus Guth at that year's Salzburg Festival. Ildebrando D'Arcangelo takes the title role, and gets support from Anna Netrebko as Sussanna, Bo Skovhus as Il Conte Di Almaviva, and Dorothea Roschmann as La Contessa.
