Brewer is good- service and quality lacking

Like this brewer itself. K cups samples included were expired. Best Buy offered me a credit for the expired cups but never followed through. I had to call them back to finally, supposedly have a gift card mailed to me. Also Best Buy separately emailed me that they were crediting my account for a price adjustment but never did. Have been trying to speak with a supervisor but no luck. Customer service and follow through are lacking at the corporate office. Just write to them again to please have a supervisor call me....

Good , basic, one cup coffee maker

Saw this on a DOD and decided to try it, it does a good job when you just want one cup of coffee from the Keurig pods. It takes a couple of minutes to heat the water then a couple more to brew. It makes a nice hot cup of coffee.

Cant make over 10 ounce cup

wish it allowed the consumer to select something other than 8 or 10ounce cups. 16 ounces would be better and the water tank needs to be larger.

Why waste money on a keurig?
