For the kids some of the web navigation is limited but that is the price you pay for the "kids safe" surfing. Not all of the sites my son likes to go on with the computer are allowed on the nabi, and I am still figuring a way to put music I have already purchased onto the Nabi platform. I have bought other products for my son that were supposed to be age appropriate which he outsmarted in a matter of 2 weeks...this is not the case with the Nabi...This product will truly advance with my son as he grows...

Posted by: swiley2 from Manhattan, KS on 05/14/2013I bought 3 of them for my kids and I traded on back in after 3 months and now the new one that I have had only for a month is freezing up and making this horrible nose with the screen scrambled. When charging all 3 units have to be place just right for it to actually charge. The battery life is horrible too! Do not buy this product.

Posted by: jbo2013 from Elizabethtown, KY on 05/13/2013I had to take the first Nabbi I purchased back because it supposedly had a glitch, however, the new one was also having the same problem so I called our Internet provider and they said it was a privacy setting doing it. A vert common problem so if you think something is wrong call your inernet first not the Nabbi company because they told me to take it back. Best Buy did a excellent job with helping us and that's why I suggest going with Best Buy to make electronic purchases! Nabbi 2 is great and works as goo or better than other tablets. So do not hesitate feel like you made the right decision and get one!

Great first tablet for kids--5 & 8 yr olds love it

They love playing games together and making videos. Parents are also using the chore feature which inspires the girls to keep up with their chores and receive rewards. Because of parental controls we don't have to worry about inappropriate content.

I did however take it back to Best Buy in Chesterfield and it was in the time frame for return and with NO PROBLEM the team took it back (amazing service i almost cried!!) and helped me with a new tablet at the new price! In order to avoid future stress I did purchase the protection plan through Best buy since the NABI company is terrible with customer service!
