Service Features

Before we begin
When we arrive at your home, we'll discuss the scope of work to ensure that services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.

Setting up your devices
We'll connect and configure networked audio software on one PC, Mac, tablet or mobile device. We'll also set up one wireless audio bridge or audio transmitter, connect it to your home network, and configure it for you.

Professional look and functionality
We'll configure subscription services like LastFM, Rhapsody, Wolfgang's Vault and more, and we'll ensure that all wires and cables are neatly dressed and wire ties are used when necessary.

Final touches
We'll connect speakers or audio system and test for functionality. We'll also make sure the service meets your expectations and educate you on how to use your new technology.

Cleaning up
After the installation, we'll clean up the work area and remove any packaging your products came in.

*Does not include installation of additional devices (such as AllPlay, Play-Fi devices, Denon HEOS, Sonos Products, SoundTouch, Mobile Device Control Application), custom wire concealment, custom wire runs to a router, network setup or troubleshooting.

Additional charges may be required for land travel beyond installation coverage areas. Service returns cannot be accepted after installation services are completed.
