NEW CD/BIO

From their roots in the Boston area, Godsmack built a strong following in the New England scene of the late 1990s.

The success of their first headlining venture, "The Voodoo Tour," coupled with high record sales and growing numbers of fans, landed them on Ozzfest 1999 and 2000.

More well-received CDs and successful tours followed and ultimately paved the way for their latest effort.

IV features the straight-ahead rocker "Speak," and finds the band pushing new boundaries with the moody, Zeppelin-like "Hollow," and the bluesy "Shine Down."
