Deadline exceptions

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii
Items sent via Standard shipping must be ordered by 11:59 p.m. ET on Tuesday, December 1, 2009, to qualify for guaranteed Christmas delivery. For an extra charge, Expedited and Express shipping options are available for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, but are only covered under the guarantee if ordered by December 22 for Expedited shipping and December 23 for Express delivery.

International shipments
All items sent to Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands must be ordered by 11:59 p.m. ET on Tuesday, December 1, 2009, to qualify for guaranteed Christmas delivery. We are not able to ship internationally to other countries. Both the shipping and billing address must be an address in the U.S., Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Please be sure to provide a street address (do not use a P.O. box).

Military shipments
All items sent to APO/FPO addresses must be ordered by 11:00 a.m. ET on Friday, December 4, 2009, to qualify for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Be sure to enter the military address in the expected format. See how.

Oversized products
(not eligible for guaranteed Christmas delivery)
All oversized products must be ordered by 8 p.m. ET on Thursday, December 17, 2009, and must have an available delivery date of December 24 or earlier. This includes all major appliances, TVs 37" and larger (including some flat-panel TVs), entertainment furniture and other items requiring delivery.

Backorders, special orders and other exceptions
(not eligible for guaranteed Christmas delivery)
If your item is a special order product, is on backorder, or if its shipping message reads anything besides "Guaranteed Christmas Delivery" or "Usually leaves our warehouse in 1 business day," we cannot ensure December 24 arrival. You can estimate shipping time by placing the item in your cart and reading its shipping message.
