It's free. Avoid shipping charges by choosing in-store pickup.

It's convenient. Find reserved parking spaces (at select stores) and a new line to expedite your order pickup.

Just follow these easy steps:

Place your item in your cart and click the Pick Up button (this button is selectable only for products with in-store pickup availability).
Click Select Store.

Enter your ZIP code or city/state and click Find Nearest Stores.
Click Select next to the store with the item in stock where you'd like to pick up your purchase.

After you get through checkout, wait to receive 2 e-mails from us shortly:

Order confirmation e-mail – Verifies we've received your in-store pickup order.

In-store pickup notification e-mail – Arrives when your order is ready for pickup. It will also walk you through the steps you'll take when you get to the store.

(This e-mail arrives within 45 minutes during store hours, on average.)

Within 8 days* of receiving your 2 e-mails, please bring these items:

A state-issued photo ID or driver's license
The purchasing credit card and/or Gift Card
Your order number (listed on your in-store pickup notification e-mail)

NOTE: Please make sure the person picking up the order is the person named on the purchasing credit card.

Use one of the reserved parking spaces for in-store pickup customers (available at select stores).
Present a copy of your in-store pickup notification e-mail to the employee at the entrance, who will direct you to Customer Service.

Locate the sign that says "BestBuy.com In-store Pickup." Wait in this line to expedite the pickup of your order.

NOTE: Large items (appliances, televisions, etc.) may take slightly more time to retrieve from inventory.

Low price guarantee:
If your product is available at a lower price online or in the store at the time of pickup, your credit card and/or Gift Card will automatically be adjusted to reflect the lowest available price.

*Your order will be held at the store for 8 days. To ensure your security, we'll cancel your order and refund your credit card and/or Gift Card at the end of this timeframe.
