How does Curbside Pickup work?
- Choose the Pick Up option when adding an item to your cart.
- Click Select Store and choose a store with Curbside Pickup service.
- Wait to receive a pickup notification e-mail from us.
- Call the store to schedule a Curbside Pickup time.
- Bring your photo ID, credit card and order number to the store's Curbside Pickup area. A Best Buy associate will bring your order out to you.

Can someone else pick up my order?
No. For your security, only the person whose name appears on the credit card may pick it up.

When do I go to the store?
Wait to receive two e-mails from us:
Order confirmation e-mail -
Verifies we've received your pickup order.
Pickup notification e-mail -
Arrives when your order is ready for pickup.
This e-mail includes the store's Curbside Pickup phone number, along with instructions on how to request Curbside Pickup.
If you placed your order during store hours, your pickup notification e-mail usually arrives within 45 minutes.
You must call to schedule a pickup time within 8 days of receiving your pickup notification e-mail. To ensure your security, if you do not pick up your order within 8 days, we'll cancel it and issue a refund to your original form of payment.

What do I need to bring to the store?
NOTE: Only the person whose name appears on the purchasing credit card may pick up the order.
Bring your photo ID, the credit card you used for the purchase, and your order number (listed in your pickup notification e-mail). If you used PayPal, or only a gift card or Pitch In™ Card for your purchase, just bring your order number and photo ID.
New Best Buy Credit Card customers: If you placed the order using a newly acquired Best Buy Credit Card and have not yet received your card in the mail, you can still pick up your order. Show your ID and tell the associate that you haven't received your card yet.

Where do I go when I get to the store?
At your estimated pickup time, go to the store and park in one of the designated Curbside Pickup spots. Call the phone number displayed on the Curbside Pickup sign and tell the operator you're there to pick up an order. If you don't have a cell phone with you, don't worry. We'll be watching for you. |
