Oversize Item Delivery

If the item you purchased is larger or heavier than a standard item (e.g. Refrigerator, Large TV, Fitness Equipment, Furniture) a different shipping process will apply:

• If your item was shipped via a freight carrier, you will be contacted by Buy.com's carrier to set up a delivery date and time. If you have questions, please contact Buy.com.
• Someone over the age of 18 will need to be home to accept delivery.
• Please remove all packing materials and carefully inspect your product the same day that it is delivered. Should you discover concealed damage, it is extremely important that the damage be reported to Buy.com immediately.

How To Return Your Order

Items should be returned in their original product packaging. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Your return needs to be in the possession of the shipper (along with the valid RMA) within 45 days. If you are ineligible for an RMA, please contact the manufacturer directly or check any applicable warranty you might have.

Refund Policy

We will process your refund or replacement within 7 business days of delivery to our return center. Your refund may take one to two additional days to post to your original method of payment.

Exchanges & Replacements

Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued or your replacement order will be sent to fulfillment. How quickly your replacement product ships after that depends on product availability.
